The Teaching Council has awarded a total of
€126,000
in funding to 27 schools across Ireland under the Féilte Bursary Scheme 2025. The recipient schools
will collaborate with a further 96 schools, bringing the total number of schools supported under the scheme to 123.
The Féilte Bursary Scheme is designed to support collaboration between schools, enhance teachers’ professional learning, and promote teaching as a profession.
To celebrate the commendable
professional learning undertaken by schools who were
funded
under the first round
of
this initiative
in the 2024/2025 school year, we have prepared an ePublication, which I am delighted to share in this email.
This publication highlights reflections
from the teachers
involved
and
includes
a range of digital assets that capture their
professional learning. The digital
assets include padlets, posters
and videos, across
eight learning areas, which may be of interest to you.
